The goal of this project was to design a medicine organizer for the elderly. This involved user research, competitive evaluation, concept generation, and prototyping using foamcore and molded plexiglass.

The final concept featured an modular alarm clock with large visual indicator, easy-to-access pill organization, easy-open lid, and a reference “cheat sheet” tucked beneath the product. It is designed to be located in a kitchen, a very central point and accessible during mealtime when medicines are generally taken. Its design was inspired by a traditional bread box.
