Making Billpay Simple

The goal of this project was to design website on the topic of paying bills that satisfies an opportunity in the current web market. Our product is also to provide for a thoughtful, personal experience when used. A design was developed through a process of research and interpretation (synthesis).

Our solution was an automatic billpay site that learns the user's billing tendencies to help streamline the billpay process while keeping the user informed of any billing abnormalities. It allows for users to group bills for tracking separately, i.e. in the case of our persona who takes care of his mother's bills. Other users might be landlords who need to monitor multiple utilities, or small companies who need to track separate credit cards and expenses for employees.
