In interpreting our research findings, we realized that there are many ways to pay bills, but very few simple, streamlined methods. By its nature, billpay involves a number of people and companies, and each has developed their own way of receiving payments. Therefore, many billpay solutions are designed with other factors in mind which takes away from their billpay functionality. We developed mood boards and conceptual models to help us understand the complex and personal world of billpay.
