Guin Photos and Adoption

It's hard to believe it's been a year since we lost Kelly. It is a blessing that a piece of her lives on through her daughter, Guin. According to Kelly's mom, "[Guin] is doing very well developmentally, sharp as a tack, but she is having significant trouble with ear infections...and since she was home with Kelly for so long, she's going through a lot of cooties...breaking [her 'new' parents] in." Guin likes to have fun and is a very healthy, very normal, and very bright almost-3-year-old, especially considering all she's been through. Everything is going well for Guin to be adopted by Kelly's father and step-mother. What could normally be an even longer process has progressed fairly quickly and the adoption may be complete as early as Feb or March. She is able to live with them in the meantime which is best for her.
